We want you to love your Poppy & Peonies purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
